kitchen_ssesi x offline raises questions around food and observes it in the context of the current ecological crisis. What if there was a shortage of food on sale? Where would we get any? Are we even aware where the food we consume today comes to our plates from? Is the knowledge of our ancestors lost related to medicinal and edible plants?

We attempt to answer such questions in the form a workshop where together with participants we explore the surrounding urban or rural areas and look for edible wild plants for post-apocalyptic futures, and prepare a feast out of the ones we find.

The project took place at ssesi.space, a safe space to explore stupid/spiritual/scientific ideas, which serves as the Brno-based offline embassy of The Wrong Biennale.
