Eating together is an important community force in India. Meals are consumed together in family circle, and if someone cannot attend, it has to be informed in advance. On the other hand, there are mobile food sellers as well roaming the streets searching for customers.

Inspired by the power of these community bonds and street food sellers, at the Seed and Land Art Festival of Gram Art Project,  we decided to share Eastern-European food. We offered 20kg of potato porridge to the villagers of Paradsinga, and it was sold out in half an hour!
